Ensure Compliance
with OUR AD-HOC Data
Protection SUPPORT

At DPAS, we understand that not every organisation requires a fully outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO) service. However, that doesn’t mean you wouldn’t benefit from expert support when it matters most. That’s where our ad hoc support service comes in, providing your internal data protection team with an extra pair of hands and a trusted sounding board.

Our experienced DPOs and Data Protection Consultants can:

  • Offer expert advice on complex or high-risk data protection matters
  • Provide urgent assistance in the event of a personal data breach
  • Step in when your internal capacity is stretched
  • Cover temporary absences, including annual leave or sick days

Our ad hoc support is delivered via a flexible call-off contract. Simply purchase a bank of support days annually and use them as and when you need, no fuss, no long-term commitment.

Whether you’re responding to a Subject Access Request, reviewing a DPIA, or managing an unexpected incident, our team is ready to provide the support you need, precisely when you need it.

Benefits

A practical and affordable alternative to a fully outsourced DPO, while still giving you peace of mind that expert help is available.

Rely on our broad expertise to review and refine your work, offering independent assurance, practical feedback, and the peace of mind that you’re on the right track.

Gain on-demand access to experienced data protection professionals, without the commitment of a full outsourced service.

Use your pre-purchased days flexibly across the year, ensuring support is available exactly when needed.

Ensure continuity when your internal DPO or Data Protection Lead is on annual leave, off sick, or otherwise unavailable.

If your Data Protection Lead is away, simply forward your DPO mailbox to our team and we will handle incoming queries on your behalf.

All support time is logged and audited, with regular reports so you can clearly track usage and remaining hours.

Provides valuable backup for organisations with limited internal resources or where data protection sits alongside other responsibilities.

Support can be used for a wide range of tasks — from helping with subject access requests to reviewing documentation or providing advice.

Utilise our subject matter expertise to aid in the development of internal team members.

Receive guidance on challenging data protection issues, such as high-risk processing, data breaches, or internal policy changes.

WHY OUR
CUSTOMERS

CHOOSE US

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Easy to understand data privacy and information security services that are always accessable, consistenty pragmatic and continually exceeding expectations.

Keeping up to date with changes in data protection regulations, and best practices, can often be challenging for organisations. By outsourcing to an expert consultancy like us, organisations can access data protection professionals who stay current with the latest developments, meaning your Data Protection Manager is always up-to-date on latest guidance, and changes in legislation.

We are extremely competitive, and our work consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations. Instead of hiring and maintaining an in-house team or seeking external legal advice, we’ll work closely with you to develop a customised plan that meets your specific needs, and budget.

Outsourcing allows your organisation to scale up requirements as needed, without the commitment of a full-time, or part-time, employee. We have the capacity and capability to hit the ground running and support your organisation whenever you need it, so you can focus on your core business activities — whilst we ensure that your data protection requirements are being met.

We work with you to identify any potential threats and take steps to mitigate them, reducing the risk of reputational damage and compliance fines. With our up-to-date knowledge on current issues facing data protection and information security we can take proactive measures to safeguard your data.

We have a wealth of experience providing a Data Protection Manager, to public, private, and third sectors. Spanning several years, DPAS has supported numerous organisations with a more hands-on approach. We understand that each organisation faces its own challenges, and always provide tailored solutions to meet your specific requirements.

Entrusting the DPM role to a competent professional provides you with peace of mind. You can rest assured that your organisation’s data is being managed by someone with the necessary expertise, allowing you to focus on other critical aspects of your business.
