At DPAS we want to ensure it is easy to access the services that you have purchased.

For that reason, below you will find a selection of customer support procedures to follow when you need our assistance.

DATA BREACH

You think or know you have had a data breach at your organisation.

Please take the following actions:

Report the breach immediately to your Data Protection Officer. Please note, if there is a significant risk to the data subjects, the breach must be reported to the ICO within 72 hours. Therefore, it is important to report the breach to us as soon as you find out about it.

or submit a ticket via your help desk portal.

Complete: the Data Breach Form and attach it to your email or ticket.

The DPO will advise you of the next steps to take, this will generally advice about containing the data breach.

If necessary, our DPO or we will ask you to report the breach to the ICO.

(Please note, only the Data Protection Officer has access to any information relating to a breach).
