CCTV gap analysis project

REIGATE AND BANSTEAD BOROUGH COUNCIL contacted the team at DPAS for assistance with their CCTV and surveillance practices across the Council. Due to current capacity issues, the DPO wanted some additional support with policies, procedures and a data protection compliance gap analysis of the different groups of cameras across the Council. The scope included CCTV,  ANPR, Body Warn Video and Dash Cams.

"

We decided to use DPAS because we know the quality of work that they provide to us. we feel confident in their ability, and they understand the landscape we work in.

The report was comprehensive, and well-written and highlighted recommendations that would improve our compliance where CCTV is concerned. The recommendations will help us to enhance the trust our service users have in us as a Council.
